Return & Refund Policy
Key Information:
- 14 day return window from the date of delivery, after this window it is not possible to return the order
- Refund processed within 7 days
- No restocking fees
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- We accept exchanges

Refund Policy
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging where applicable. It is not possible to return the order after this period.
You can use the following email address to contact us, info@walker-mode.com. We will give you instructions on how to return the goods.
Please let us know which of the items you have received you would like to return. Please note that the items should be new, unwashed or unironed and should still have their price tags on.
Once we receive your return, it will take no more than 7 days to process it. You will also receive an email update from our returns team. We will refund your payment using the same payment method.
Return Costs
The customer pays for the return shipment.
Refunds
Once you have sent your return and we have received and processed it, we will let you know if it has been accepted. If so, you should receive a refund within 7 days using the payment method you originally used to pay for the item.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact customer services for simple exchange instructions. You can exchange your order within the 14 day return window.
Cancelling an Order
Changed your mind? If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer services as soon as you have placed your order. They will confirm your cancellation and do the rest for you.
Damaged Package?
If your package is damaged when it arrives, do not worry. You will be asked to take a picture of the damaged packaging and the product you received and send both pictures to info@walker-mode.com.
