How long does delivery take?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, it will take 1-2 business days to process it. Once your order has been processed, it is dispatched, which takes 4-6 business days, so you should normally receive your order within 5-8 business days of placing your order.

What is the return policy for Walker Mode?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. The product must also be in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking code to ensure the package is returned safely.
